How the board works
Every listing here is a live opening at a carrier we work with — posted by us, not scraped from a job aggregator. When a seat fills, it comes off the board. If a card is showing, the carrier is still hiring for it.
Apply through United Services rather than direct and we vet the fit before the introduction: your equipment, your route preference, your clearance status and how often you need to be home. That is the whole point of the service — you talk to carriers that will actually take you, instead of filling in ten applications to find out.
What the pay figures mean
Carriers post pay in the form they actually use. A cents-per-mile figure is what you earn per loaded (and usually empty) mile. A weekly figure is a guarantee or a typical week at that carrier. A percentage is your share of the load's revenue, which moves with the freight market. None of them tell you the whole story on their own — weekly miles, detention, layover and home-time reliability decide what you actually take home.
Ask us about any listing before you apply. We would rather tell you a seat is wrong for you than place you somewhere you leave in two months.

If nothing on the board fits today, these pages cover what each type of driving involves and what to expect from the pay and the schedule: SAP-friendly jobs · No-experience jobs · OTR jobs · Regional jobs · Dry van jobs · Flatbed jobs · Reefer jobs.
Nothing here fits?
New offers are added continuously, and plenty never make the public board. Tell us what you are looking for and we will come back when it lands.
